Spring Picnic
Please save the date for our Barrister's Place community picnic at the Witness Court cul-de-sac (off of Lower Counselor) on Saturday, May 3rd from 4-7 pm.
If you see your neighbors, please ask if they're coming! We want to spread the word to make sure everyone knows and maybe you can make plans to walk over together.
The community will provide a bar-b-que with drinks, snacks, and other goodies. Opportunities for community hours will be available for students. If you’re interested in that or in bringing something of your own to contribute, please RSVP using this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0A4DA5A92DA02-55920478-2025

Amicus Woods Cleanup
Amicus Woods (the wooded area off Abbotsford Rd.) needs a haircut! We’ve identified several tree-related diseases, invasive thorn bushes, and general overgrown underbrush that needs cleaning up. We’re looking for volunteers to help this weekend (Saturday, April 19, from 10a to noon).
We’re looking at turning the area into a wildlife sanctuary. If you would like to get involved in that as well, please contact Kate Reese (kate.g.reese@gmail.com) or Duncan Lingle (dblingeusa@gmail.com) for more information.
